# Tours, tutorials and AI assistants

> Take a page tour, watch Learning Center tutorials, turn off tours that open by themselves, and read these docs with ChatGPT, Claude or any AI tool.

Ranqo has three kinds of help: short tours that point out each part of a page, video tutorials in the Learning Center, and these docs. This page covers the first two and how to use the docs with an AI assistant.

## Page tours

A page tour highlights the parts of a page one at a time, with a short note on each. Use **Next** and **Back** to move through it, and **Done** to finish. Tours exist for Home, Visibility, Prompts, Competitors, Sources, Action Center and Snapshots.

Only the Home tour opens by itself, the first time you land on Home. Every other tour waits until you open it: choose **Help** in the header, then **Take the page tour**. A tour counts as seen as soon as it opens, so leaving halfway does not bring it back.

A dot on **Help** means the page you are on has a tour you have not taken, or a tutorial you have not watched.

### Turn off tours that open by themselves

Either:

- choose **Don't show tours** at the bottom of any tour, or
- go to **Settings**, find **Guidance**, and switch off **Product tours**.

This setting is personal to you. It only stops tours opening on their own: **Take the page tour** in the Help menu keeps working.

## The Learning Center

Choose **Learning Center** in the sidebar for video tutorials, one per dashboard page, grouped by section. It stays open even when your trial has ended.

- **The hub** shows your progress, a card to continue where you left off, and each section's tutorials in order, with a check on the ones you have watched. Search covers titles and transcripts; press `/` to jump to the search box.
- **A tutorial page** plays the video with its chapters and a transcript that follows along; click a chapter or a line to jump there. **Open** followed by the page's name takes you to that page in your dashboard, and **Read the guide** opens its page in these docs.
- **Watched and resume:** a tutorial is marked watched when you reach the end or nearly the end, or when you choose **Mark as watched**. If you stop partway, the next visit picks up where you left off, with a **Start over** option beside the player.
- **Up next:** when a video ends, the next tutorial starts after a short countdown. Choose **Cancel**, or turn off **Autoplay next**.
- **Keyboard shortcuts:** press `?` on a tutorial page to see them. `Space` or `K` plays and pauses, and `J` and `L` skip back and forward.

Your watched tutorials are saved to your account. Where you stopped in a video is saved in your browser.

## The Help menu

**Help** in the dashboard header collects the help for the page you are on:

- **Take the page tour**, on pages that have one.
- **Watch the tutorial**, when the page has a published tutorial, with its length.
- **Read the guide**, this page's guide in these docs.
- **All tutorials** opens the Learning Center.
- **Documentation** opens these docs.

## Use the docs with AI

Every page in these docs is also plain markdown, so you can give it to an AI assistant or a script as it is.

- **Any page as markdown:** add `.md` to the page's address, as in `guides.md` for the Introduction. Tables that the page renders from live product settings, such as plan limits, come through as plain markdown tables.
- **Every page at once:** `llms.txt` at the root of the docs lists every page with a one-line description and a link to its markdown. `llms-full.txt` holds the full text of every page in one file.
- **From the page itself:** the **Use this page with AI** menu, under the page's table of contents, offers **Copy page** (copies the markdown), **View as markdown**, **Open in ChatGPT** and **Open in Claude**. The last two open the assistant with a prompt pointing it at the page's markdown, so you can ask questions about it.
