# Integrations

> Connect Google Analytics 4 for referral traffic, WordPress for publishing, and Site Tracking to see the AI crawlers that read your site.

Integrations bring outside data into Ranqo and send your finished content out of it. Google Analytics 4 and Site Tracking feed the [Traffic](https://ranqo.ai/docs/guides/traffic) page; WordPress receives the posts you write in [Generate Blog](https://ranqo.ai/docs/guides/generate-blog).

## What is available

Site Tracking is not in this table because it is not a connection to another service. It is a snippet you add to your own server, installed from the Traffic page. See [Site Tracking](https://ranqo.ai/docs/integrations/site-tracking).

## The Integrations page

Open **Integrations** in the sidebar. Each integration is a card showing its status:

- **Not connected**, with a **Connect** button.
- **Connected**, with the connected property or site underneath and a **Manage** button.
- **Needs attention**, when a connection exists but its last check or sync failed. For WordPress, **Manage** shows why. For Google Analytics 4, **Manage** opens the Traffic page, which names the problem in a banner only when it has data to show; see [GA4 not syncing](https://ranqo.ai/docs/guides/troubleshooting/ga4-not-syncing).
- **Coming soon**, for integrations that cannot be connected yet.

The search box and the **All**, **Search & Analytics** and **CMS** chips narrow the grid. **Connected** shows only what is connected for the brand you are in.

Connections belong to a brand. Switching brands in the sidebar shows that brand's connections.

## What each integration does

### Google Analytics 4

Ranqo reads your GA4 property with read-only access and shows the sessions it recorded from AI assistants and search engines, with engagement, conversions and top landing pages. No code changes. On the Integrations page, **Manage** on the Google Analytics 4 card opens the Traffic page. Once that page has data to show, its Google Analytics view carries **Last synced** and **Sync now**, and a banner with **Reconnect** appears when the connection has a problem. ### WordPress

Ranqo sends posts from Generate Blog to your WordPress site as drafts or live posts, and updates them in place when you publish again. It signs in with an application password, never your main password. ### Site Tracking

A small piece of server code reports every page request to Ranqo, including requests from AI crawlers that never run JavaScript and so never appear in GA4. Ranqo sorts each visit into crawler types and human visits by channel. See [Site Tracking](https://ranqo.ai/docs/integrations/site-tracking).

## Who can connect

Only the account owner can connect, change or remove an integration, or create a Site Tracking key. No one, the owner included, can remove Google Analytics 4 from the dashboard; see [Google Analytics 4](https://ranqo.ai/docs/integrations/ga4#disconnecting). Team members see the data, can press **Sync now** on Google Analytics and can publish through a WordPress connection the owner set up. See [Team](https://ranqo.ai/docs/guides/team).

## Limits

GA4 properties, WordPress connections and Site Tracking keys are each counted across all your brands, up to your plan's limit. The full table is in [Plans and limits](https://ranqo.ai/docs/guides/plans-and-limits).
