2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for the platform to function and cannot be disabled.

• Session authentication -- Keeps you signed in across pages and between visits. Scoped to .ranqo.ai for cross-subdomain sessions. (NextAuth.js)
• CSRF protection -- Prevents cross-site request forgery attacks on form submissions.
• Brand preference -- Stores your last selected brand (ranqo-last-brand-slug) so the dashboard loads the correct brand context.

Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform so we can improve it. All analytics data is aggregate and anonymous.

• Vercel Analytics -- Collects anonymous page view and performance data. Does not track individual users or use personal identifiers. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) -- Aggregate usage and traffic analytics. We run Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) denied by default, so the data is not used for ad targeting or remarketing. Signed-in users are identified by an internal user ID (never email). See Google's privacy terms.

Preference Cookies

These cookies store your interface preferences to provide a consistent experience.

• Theme setting -- Remembers your light/dark mode preference for the dashboard.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We minimize the use of third-party cookies. The third-party cookies we set come from Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 (described above). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies; ad-storage features in Google Analytics are denied by default through Google Consent Mode v2.

4. Cookie Duration

• Session cookies -- Deleted when you close your browser.
• Authentication cookies -- Persist for up to 30 days (or until you sign out).
• Preference cookies -- Persist for up to 1 year.
• Vercel Analytics cookies -- Persist for up to 24 hours.
• Google Analytics cookies -- _ga and _ga_* persist for up to 2 years.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the platform.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Since there is no industry standard for how to respond to these signals, we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. We do, however, respect your cookie preferences as set through your browser.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.
