What does every Ranqo plan include?

The whole loop, not just a monitoring dashboard. Every plan tracks your prompts weekly across AI engines, audits your pages on six AI-readiness dimensions, refreshes a prioritized action plan with weekly insights, and drafts AI-optimized articles you can publish straight to your CMS. Plans differ in volume — brands, prompts, audits, articles — never in which stages of the loop you get.

Should I pick a Brand plan or an Agency plan?

Brand plans are for teams tracking their own brand or sub-brands: Starter and Pro are self-serve (1 and 3 brands), and Business is a tailored custom plan for multi-brand companies — book a demo and we shape the package. Agency plans (Growth, Scale, Enterprise) are built for managing client brands: 10 to 50+ client workspaces, unlimited team seats, white-label PDF reports, client reporting, and the ability to choose which AI engines each client tracks.

Which AI engines can I track?

Starter tracks ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Pro adds Google AI Overviews. Agency plans choose any 4 of 6 engines per brand — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and Grok — and the custom Business and Enterprise plans unlock all six. As new AI engines emerge, they join the pool.

How often is my data refreshed?

Weekly. Every tracked prompt is re-run across your AI engines each week, and your insights digest and prioritized action plan refresh on the same rhythm — so every Monday you know what changed and what to do about it. Need an immediate readout? You can trigger a tracking run manually at any time.

What counts as a prompt?

A prompt is one buyer question tracked across your AI engines — for example 'best CRM for startups'. Your plan's prompt allowance is pooled across all your brands, so you decide how to distribute it. Each prompt is re-run weekly on every engine you track, and every answer is scored for mention, position, sentiment, and cited sources.

Can I try Ranqo before paying?

Do you offer annual billing, and can I switch plans anytime?

Annual billing saves 20% on every plan and is billed up front for the year.
