Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ranqo platform operated by Ranqo ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You must notify us immediately at support@ranqo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Service Description

Ranqo is an AI visibility monitoring platform that tracks how your brand appears across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok). The service includes daily visibility tracking, competitor benchmarking, page audits, AI-powered improvement recommendations, and content generation tools.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Ranqo offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current period.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel. Only one free trial is permitted per user or organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service
• Use automated tools to access the service outside of provided APIs
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Monitor brands you do not own or have legitimate business interest in for the purpose of harassment or unfair competition

6. Intellectual Property

The Ranqo platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and trademarks, is owned by Ranqo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit (brand information, URLs, competitor data). You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Ranqo provides AI-generated insights, recommendations, and content. These outputs are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. AI responses from third-party platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) are subject to those platforms' own terms and may change without notice.

8. Plan Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific limits on brands, prompts tracked daily, page audits, and content generations. If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade. We reserve the right to enforce limits and throttle usage that significantly exceeds plan allocations.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI platform availability (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok) is outside our control and may affect tracking results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or produce specific results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranqo, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@ranqo.ai. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. General

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ranqo regarding the service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to do so later.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
