Export the Visibility report as a PDF, a Page Audit as a concise or detailed PDF, and Sources data as Excel or CSV, and how shared report links work.

Most of what Ranqo measures can leave the dashboard as a file. This page lists every export, where to find it, and what it contains.

ExportWhereFormat
Visibility reportVisibility, top rightPDF
Page Audit reportA finished audit's pagePDF, concise or detailed
Sources dataSources, Domains and URLs tabsExcel (.xlsx) or CSV
Blog postsA generated postHTML, Markdown or a zip of both

The PDFs and data files are built in your browser, so keep the tab open until the download starts. Both PDFs carry Ranqo's logo.

Visibility report (PDF)#

On the Visibility page, choose Export PDF at the top right. The button appears once the brand has a completed run.

The report follows what the page is showing: the date range and filters you have set become the report's period and scope. It contains:

  • a cover with your headline numbers,
  • a scorecard for each engine,
  • competitors and Share of Voice,
  • visibility by prompt category, and the prompts you track,
  • the sites AI cited most,
  • an appendix that defines each metric.

The file is named after the brand and the date, such as ranqo-visibility-acme-2026-09-24.pdf.

Page Audit report (PDF)#

Open a finished audit and choose Export PDF. Pick one of two versions:

  • Concise report: scores, executive summary, and every check we ran per dimension.
  • Detailed report: everything in concise plus deep-dive insights, quick wins, the prioritized action plan, and the glossary.

The export is available once the audit has completed. See Page Audit.

Sources data (Excel or CSV)#

On Sources, open the Domains or URLs tab and choose Export Data, then Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv). The Citation Pool tab has no export.

The file uses the platform, location, category, theme and date filters you have set, plus the tab's source type filter (and, on URLs, its content type filter), and includes every matching row, not only the ones on screen.

  • Domains: Rank, Domain, Total Pages, Source Type, % Answers, Total Citations and % Citations.
  • URLs: Rank, Page Title, Page URL, Source Type, % Answers and Content Type.

The Excel file adds coloured type cells and each site's logo where one is available. The CSV is plain text for spreadsheets and scripts. For what each column measures, see Citations.

Blog posts#

A generated post downloads as HTML, Markdown, or a zip holding both with its structured data. See Exporting content.

Shared report links#

The free AI Visibility Report, which anyone can request from ranqo.ai, is delivered as a link to a hosted page rather than an attachment. Anyone with the link can open it, and search engines do not index it.

The page covers the same ground as the report: a snapshot of the brand's visibility, position and sentiment, details per engine, competitors and Share of Voice, visibility by prompt category, the tracked prompts, the top citation sources, and what the results mean. A bar across the top offers Copy link, Download PDF and Try Ranqo free. The PDF holds the same chapters as a landscape deck, and downloads are limited per day.

While the analysis is still running, the link shows "Your report is still being prepared" and fills in when it finishes. The link stops working if the brand it describes is removed or moves into a Ranqo account.

Brands in your dashboard do not have shared links. To share their results, send one of the exports above.
